Processing Time for Orders
How quickly do we process orders? Typically, it takes us about 1-3 days to get your order ready for shipping, unless we specify otherwise.

Changing or Cancelling an Order
Can you change or cancel an order? You've got a 24-hour grace period from the moment you make a purchase to request any modifications or cancellations. We strive to fulfill such requests based on our current inventory, but please be aware that this isn't always possible. Keep in mind, orders might get shipped within 2-3 business days and once a tracking number is assigned, cancellation is no longer an option. For any changes or to cancel, please reach out to our Customer Service team right away, as there's a chance your order could be dispatched the same day you bought it."
Using Multiple Coupon Codes
Can you use two coupon codes together? Sorry, but we're unable to stack coupon codes or mix promotions on the same order.
Forgetting to Apply a Coupon Code
What if you forget to use your coupon code? If you've already placed your order, we can't apply the discount retroactively. While we can't add the discount to an order that's already been placed, you're welcome to use your coupon code on a future order, provided it's still valid.
Troubleshooting Coupon Code Issues
Is your coupon code not working? Here are a few things to check:
- Check for Accuracy: Ensure that the code is entered precisely as shown. Remember, these codes are sensitive to upper and lower case. A good tip is to copy and paste the code when you're at checkout.
- Expiration Check: Take a moment to verify the terms and conditions of the code to make sure it hasn't expired yet.
- Item Eligibility: Keep in mind that some of our discounts apply only to certain items. This detail is usually mentioned in the code’s terms and conditions.
- Unique Code Usage: If your code is a unique one, please note it’s a one-time use code and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Defective Jewelry
Please Note: We take pride in the quality of our jewelry. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition. We will gladly replace or refund defective items.
